Our Cacellation Policy
When cancelling an appointment, we require a 48 hour cancellation notice (unless otherwise agreed upon due to circumstances beyond ones control). Events, Classes and Workshops require a 2 week notice for any refunds to be given. If cancellation time is not provided, charges for the full service(s) and or deposit for Event/Workshop/Class will not be refunded and or applied to the gift certificate used to hold the appointment. If appropriate cancelation time is provided the deposit (or a portion of it depending on the agreement when made) can either be promptly refunded to you or applied to a rescheduled appointment and or upcoming event, class or workshop.
