This was the original course outline for the November 11th meditation. In my heart I feel that you can move through time and receive the benefits of this meditation if you feel guided to experience it. Follow your heart...
I would like to invite you to an evening meditation in which you will be grateful you participated in.
If you take a few minutes to read my Blog you will know that the planet is going through a huge shift and each of us are being affected in many different ways. I have been instructed to do a meditation on this day that will assist each of us to move through these changes much more elegantly.
It will consist of a clearing of our energies to remove any Karmic debris that each of us may still be carrying (this will be done with a in depth forgiveness process) and after this we will be connecting with the crystalline grids around the planet to connect with the frequencies and assist our bodies in moving into the higher frequencies much more smoothly, we will especially be connecting with the Arkansas Crystalline Formation which will be awakening to a higher frequency on this date (I have crystals that have come directly from Arkansas that will be used with those that participate with me live and in person. For those at a distance I would encourage you to hold a favourite crystal of your own). I would also like us to focus on the things that we truly desire in our lives or truly are grateful for in our lives to really cement this energy into our cells and our physical reality.
I really feel the group energy will be helpful to each of us individually and collectively as a whole earth family.
